2 Exercise Weekend Warrior Workout

 

 

 

 

All that you need to complete this workout is a single kettlebell and some open space!

 

This exercise duo is perfect for a full body workout and gives you everything that you need for a well balanced training session.

 

-> Complete a Turkish Get Up with one arm

-> Bear Crawl to the other kettlebell (or down and back to the same one)

-> Complete a Turkish Get Up with the other arm

-> Repeat

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in a given amount of time.

-When you are doing the bear crawl, make sure that you’re moving your right foot and left hand at the same (move your left foot and right hand together)

-Try to make your steps with your hands and feet the same distance.  This will make sure that you don’t lose your core integrity.
