5 x 5 Kettlebell Weekend Warrior Workout

 

 

 

 

Workout

 

Grab a kettlebell and complete the following exercises in the order listed for 5 rounds.  Take breaks as needed, but try to take them at the end of a round.

 

KB Swings – 5

KB Goblet Cleans – 5

KB OH Press – 5

KB Goblet Squats – 5

KB Goblet Carry – 50 Yards

 

For your finisher, complete the following two exercises until you get to 10 Jump Ropes and 1 Squat Jump.

 

 

 

Finisher

 

Jump Rope – 100

Squat Jumps – 10

 

Jump Rope – 90

Squat Jumps – 9

 

Continue until you get to 10/1
