-Double KB Front Squats

-Front Rack Carry

-Suitcase KB Deadlifts

-Farmers Carry


You can scale the difficulty of the workout by modifying the amount of sets/reps OR the distance that you carry the weight.




-It would be easier to list the benefits that you don’t receive from this workout!

-You will be working your legs, shoulders, core, and pretty much everything else!
