Kettlebell Countdown Workout

Kettlebell Countdown Workout
 
Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Grab a medium to heavy kettlebell.  Perform the exercises in the order listed.  Start at 10 reps per exercise.  Subtract 1 rep every round until you reach 0.
 
 
Round 1 – 10 reps
Round 2 – 9 reps
Round 3 – 8 reps
Etc.
 
Kettlebell Clean & Press – Each Arm
Goblet Squat
Kettlebell Bent Over Row – Each Arm
