Roger Ernst
owner
Roger’s interest and passion for fitness started as an athlete in high school. Almost immediately he saw the impact that working out had on the court and the field. That led him to the realization that fitness could have an impact in his everyday life.
After getting his degree in Exercise Science, and working as a personal trainer Edwardsville IL, his schedule filled up with more clients than he could fit in. He knew that if he wanted to be able to help more people, he would have to combine his passion for fitness and the desire to be an entrepreneur. That is how Performance Fitness Gym Edwardsville IL was born.
ROGER ERNST
Over the course of his 15+ years in the fitness industry, Roger has:
- Coached more than 20,000 hours
- Coached thousands of adults and athletes
- Countless hours of continuing education
- Continually invested in himself and the Team here at Performance Fitness
- Constantly modified workouts and training programs to get the members of Performance Fitness the best results possible, based on the latest research
Roger’s goal is to help make Edwardsville, and the surrounding communities, a healthier and more active place to live, work, and play.
Roger lives in Edwardsville, with his wife Felecia, daughter Gabriella, and their two dogs, Cupid and Ricky.

TANNER
Tanner graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Exercise Science. While in school he worked at the campus recreation and fitness center for 4 years. He has been involved in sports and exercise his whole life. His favorite thing about coaching is the ability to see someone grow and reach his or her goals.
Tanner wants to continue to learn as much as he can about training and nutrition to become the best coach that he can be. He believes that he should practice what he preaches when it comes to his nutrition and workouts. Tanner’s goal with every member that walks through the door is to be the best part of his or her day.

KELLY
KELLY
Kelly has always been active and “into” fitness. After moving back to the Edwardsville area, and joining Performance Fitness as a member, Kelly loved the results that she achieved as a member of PF, as well as the community and atmosphere of the gym.
After being invited to join the team at Performance Fitness, Kelly became an ACE-certified personal trainer. Kelly has also completed certifications in fitness, nutrition, and senior fitness through ACE. Kelly is also currently working on a weight management and body composition certification through IdeaFit.
Kelly is continually inspired by the changes that she sees in the members at PF.

FELECIA
FELECIA
As a certified health and wellness coach, Felecia has a true passion for helping busy people lead their best lives. Felecia works hard to collaborate with members and help them develop a plan to improve their overall health and well-being. Felecia always strives to treat each member and their ever-changing health needs with compassion, care, and individuality.
Felecia first became interested in health and fitness while in nursing school. It was at that time she saw the impact that nutrition and exercise had on an individual’s health. Felecia graduated with her masters in nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and now also practices as a nurse practitioner in women’s health.
