PF Kitchen: Cinnamon Swirl Protein Smoothie

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 Scoops of Dot Fit Whey Smooth Vanilla Creme

  • 1 tbsp fat-free butter replacement

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cup of non-fat or 2% milk

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add crushed ice as desired for a rich milkshake effect
