PF Kitchen: Red, White and Blue Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

 

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1T unsweetened coconut flakes or shreds

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we used vanilla Dotfit)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Directions:

 

  1. Place all the goodies in a high-speed blender

  2. Blend for around 30-45 seconds until smooth

  3. Enjoy!
