Single Dumbbell Weekend Warrior Workout

 

 

 

Can’t make it to the gym this weekend!?  All that you need is a single dumbbell for this Weekend Warrior Workout!!

 

Every minute on the minute complete 10 reps on each exercise.  Rest for the remainder of the minute.  For single sided exercises, perform 10 reps on each side.  Perform 5 total rounds for a 30 minute workout.

 

BO Row – 10 Ea.

SL Deadlift – 10 Ea.

SA Floor Press – 10 Ea.

Goblet Squat

Slider Flutters

Burpees
