Goblet Carry

 

Exercise Summary

 

Work on your 6 pack without performing endless crunches.

 

Initially start with carries of about 20-25 yards.  Gradually build up to 100 yards over time. 

 

  1. Goblet Clean (<<– Click link to learn how) a kettlebell up, under your chin

  2. Grab the base of the horns on the kettlebell

  3. Brace you core and hold the kettlebell slightly away from your chest

  4. Make sure to maintain perfect posture
