A couple of common mistakes with Kettlebell Swings can include not setting up your feet properly, not keeping your back flat, and not hiking the kettlebell back far enough.
Another mistake that is made when learning how to do swings is not straightening your hips all of the way, and keeping them bent.
You will know when you are at full extension when, looking from the side, your shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles are all in a straight line.
Your knees and your hips should be fully extended, while your quads and glutes should be fully contracted.
