Squat Jumps are an excellent exercise for general fitness conditioning as well as building strength in your legs.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
Perform a normal squat (chest up, eyes up, flat back, and thighs parallel to the floor)
Make sure to take your arms back towards your butt
Explosively push through both feet, jumping as high as you can, while driving your hands to the sky
Land “quietly” in the starting position to reduce the impact
