Need a quick workout that you can do at home this weekend?  Give this workout a shot! 

 

 

Perform 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest between each exercise.  Complete 3-5 rounds.

 

Split Squat Jumps

Full Body Crunch

Pushups

Dynamic Planks

Mountain Climbers
