Weekend Warrior Bodyweight Box Workout





All that you need is your bodyweight and a box/chair/steps/countertop for this workout!


Start with one rep for each exercise on the first round.  The second round, complete 2 reps on each exercise.  The third round, 3 reps.  And so on.  See how many rounds that you can complete in set amount of time.  (For example, 20 or 30 minutes.)


Elevated Pushup

Box Squat

Hip Bridge

Plank to Side Plank

Burpees with a Box

Fake Jump Rope
