Anti-extension (preventing the lower back from sagging down) and anti-rotation (not allowing the hips to rock) are combined in this exercise progression, making it extremely difficult.
Try out this plank progression:
1 – Knee Plank
2 – Plank
3 – Marching Plank
4 – Plank w/ Reach
5 – Around the World Plank
Keep a neutral spine at all times
Prevent your hips from rocking as the center of gravity shifts as you change position
Control your breathing, try to synchronize the movement with your breathing
