Complete 10-12 reps on each exercise.

-DB Bent Over Row with Tricep Kickback

-Hand Position Plank with DB Drag

Tri-set 2:

-DB Reverse Lunge with Curl

-SA DB Deadbug

-Spiderman Push Up
