Weekend Warrior Workout – November 25, 2016

Can’t make it to the gym this weekend?  All you need is a dumbbell for this Weekend Warrior
Workout!
 
Complete each exercise for the required number of reps, then move onto the next exercise.  Complete 4-6 rounds.
 
 
You can take breaks as needed, but try to take them at the end of every round.
 
Single Arm Push Press – 10 Ea.
Jumping Jacks – 20
Single Arm Bent Over Row – 10 Ea.
Drop Squat – 20
Side Plank Taps – 10 Ea.
