Weekend Warrior Workout – October 21, 2016

Try out this weekend warrior home bodyweight workout .
 
 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 min. while maintaining good form.  Take breaks as needed, but try to take them after you complete a round.
 
 
Squat Jumps – 10
Pushups – 8
Leg Drops – 15
Burpees – 10
Rev. Lunge – 8 ea.
Mountain Climbers – 15 ea.
