Weekend Warrior Workout: Strength Workout

Power through the weekend with this quick strength routine.

What to do:

  • Perform 3 rounds of each superset (A and B).

  • Aim for 15 reps on each side.

The exercises:

  • 1/2 Knee pull down

  • Band pull apart dead-bug

  • Split squat jumps

  • Single arm chest press

  • Single leg deadlift

  • Get up sit up
