Weekend Warrior Workout: Strength Workout

Power through the weekend with this quick strength routine.

What to do
:

Perform 3 rounds of each superset (A and B).

Aim for 15 reps on each side.

The exercises
:

1/2 Knee pull down

Band pull apart dead-bug

Split squat jumps

Single arm chest press

Single leg deadlift

Get up sit up
