5 Rounds

Round 1- Perform 4 reps of each exercise

Round 2- Perform 6 reps of each exercise

Round 3- Perform 8 reps of each exercise

Round 4- Perform 10 reps of each exercise

Round 5- Perform 12 reps of each exercise

  • Slow Motion Push-Up

  • Lateral Squat

  • 1/2 Kneeling Single Arm Row

  • Single Leg Reach
