All that you’re going to need for this Weekend Warrior Workout is a single dumbbell.
To do this workout, complete this circuit as many times as possible in 10 min.
You can take as many breaks as you would like. Just try to take them after the last exercise. Not during the round.
1 – Single Arm DB Snatch – 5 each arm
2 – Single Arm Push Press – 5 each arm
3 – Diagonal Mountain Climbers – 10 each leg
4 – Superman’s – 20
For an added challenge take a 1-2 min break, then try to complete the same number of rounds again in 10 min.
