Alternate between the two exercises. Start at 10 reps. Subtract one repetition every round until you reach zero.
Complete the first set of exercises before continuing onto the second set of exercises.
1A - Pushups - 10, 9, 8 ...
1B - Squat Jumps - 10, 9, 8 ...
2A - Suspension Trainer Rows - 10, 9, 8 ...
2B - Burpees - 10, 9, 8 ...
