Farmer Carries
Exercise Summary
Want a strong core and a kung-fu grip?!
Farmer carries are for you!
Farmer carries will give you a rock hard core without doing endless crunches or boring planks. All you have to do is pick up a couple of kettlebells and take a walk!
Initially start with carries of about 20-25 yards and gradually build up over time to 100 yards.
Deadlift two kettlebells and let them hang at your sides.
Brace your core and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Maintain perfect posture. Don’t lean to either side.
There are many other versions of loaded carries that you can perform to get a rock solid core.
