Kettlebell Halo
Kettlebell Halo’s are a great exercise for bulletproofing your shoulders.
To perform:
Hold the Kettlebell by the horns upside down. Similar to the Kettlebell Goblet Hold position.
Brace your core (everything from your knees to your ribcage) as hard as possible
Rotate the bell back behind your head, keeping your head still throughout the entire movement
Center the bell back in front of your chin
Alternate directions every rep
