Start at 8 repetitions and subtract 1 repetition every round until you get to 0. Take minimal rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute at the end of every round.
Double Front Squat – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Double Bent Over Row – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Rev. Lunge - 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 – Each Leg
Slow Mountain Climber Pushup - 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
