Foam Roller – Hamstrings

 

 

Do you have low back pain?  Do you sit a lot during the day?  Do you have tight hamstrings?

 

Using the foam roller on your hamstrings can help loosen up your hamstrings and make you feel better.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Start with your leg straight out and your hands behind you

  2. Place your weight on your hands and the foot that is on the floor

  3. Begin at the bottom of your hamstring, right above the knee

  4. Roll to the top of your hamstring, where the hamstring goes into your hip

  5. Roll back down to the starting position

  6. Repeat 5-10 times per leg, putting as much weight on the leg that is on the foam roller as bearable
