Can’t make it to the gym this weekend?  Grab a dumbbell and get after it with this Weekend Warrior Workout.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 min. while maintaining good form.  Take breaks whenever you need them, but try to take them after you complete a round.


Single Arm DB Snatch – 8 ea

Pushups – 8

DB Goblet Squat – 8

Single Arm BO Row – 8 ea
