Body Saw
The Body Saw is a phenomenal core exercise that will pretty much work every muscle from your ribcage all the way down to your kneecaps. The Body Saw can be completed almost anywhere as long as you have a pair of sliders. (Buy the cheap plastic furniture sliders from Wal-Mart for $10!!)
To perform:
Start in a plank position, with your elbows under your shoulders and your toes on the slides
Engage and squeeze your core (abs, butt cheeks, and thighs) as hard as you can
Slowly extend your elbows sliding your feet back behind you as far as possible
Make sure to maintain proper plank position (flat back) for the entire range of motion
Slowly return to the starting plank position
