Grab a kettlebell and get after it with this Weekend Warrior Home Workout.

 

Complete 2-5 rounds (depending on your fitness level) of this circuit.  Take breaks as needed.

 

 

Kettlebell Swing – 20

Bent Over Row – Right – 10

Kettlebell Goblet Clean – 20

Bent Over Row – Left – 10

Drop Squat – 20

Pushups - 10
