Kettlebell Groove Workout
Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00 minutes. Grab a light to medium kettlebell. Perform the exercises in the order listed below. Complete all of the exercises on the right side of your body. Then complete all of the exercises on the left side of your body. Start with your non-dominant hand. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Single Arm Snatch
Single Arm Offset Squat
Single Arm Clean & Press
Pushups
Single Arm Bent Over Row
