PF Kitchen: Gameday Chicken Strips

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into ½ strips)

  • Salt – to taste

  • Pepper – to taste

  • Paprika – to taste

  • 1 – Egg

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Panko whole wheat breadcrumbs

  • Olive oil cooking spray

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Add egg and water to mixing bowl, whisk together

  3. Pour breadcrumbs in separate bowl

  4. Lightly spray cookie sheet with olive oil

  5. Dip the chicken in the egg and toss until completely coated

  6. Remove chicken and toss in breadcrumbs until nicely coated

  7. Place chicken on cookie sheet

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
