Kettlebell Combo Workout
Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00 minutes. Grab a medium to heavy kettlebell. Perform the exercises
in the order listed below.
For the Combo exercise, flow one exercise right into the next.
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 to 20 minutes.
Kettlebell Swings – 10
Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch – 5 ea.
Combo – 5 ea.
Squat Thrust
Goblet Clean
Goblet Squat
