Kettlebell Grip
Having the right grip on the kettlebell is crucial in order to be able to lift more weight and reduce the risk of injury. Makes sure to do all of the following the entire time while performing an exercise.
To perform:
Grab the kettlebell handle with both hands
Keep your elbows straight
Engage your lats by squeezing them down and back together
This will also help to protect your back, to reduce the risk of injury
Squeeze the kettlebell handle as tight as you can by trying to bend the handle
