Kettlebell Deadlift Set Up
The proper set up is key to making sure that the deadlift is performed correctly. Make sure that the kettlebell is set up underneath you and not out in front of you. This will put you in stronger position and ensure that you are using the correct muscles.
To perform:
Stand over the kettlebell with your feet approximately shoulder width apart
Make sure the kettlebell is in line with your ankles (the kettlebell can be in line with the arches of your feet, but we prefer as close to the ankles as possible)
If you have trouble getting all the way down to the kettlebell with proper form, consider elevating the kettlebell on a box or a step.
