Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then grab a heavy kettlebell.  Perform the exercises listed below in a circuit format.  Complete 10 sets total.

 

 

 

 

V-ups – 5

Goblet Squat – 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Pushups – 5
