Two common mistakes when performing Suspension Trainer Pushups is:
#1 – The straps rubbing on your shoulders
#2 – Not engaging your core
You will know if you’re not engaging your core if your butt is up in the air.
To engage your core, simply squeeze your abs and butt cheeks together as hard as you can.
In the beginning this may cause the exercise to be more difficult and for you to perform less repetitions. Over time though, this will increase your strength and you will be able to perform more pushups.
