Technique Tip: Kettlebell Swing Set Up
The set-up for the Kettlebell Swing is just the opposite of the Kettlebell Deadlift. With the Kettlebell Deadlift you want to be standing over the kettlebell. With the Kettlebell Swing you want the kettlebell out in front of you.
Most people will start with the kettlebell close to their toes. Instead of having the kettlebell close to your toes, you want to make sure that the kettlebell is out in front of you, approximately 12 inches from your toes.
By doing this it will make sure that you are in the proper alignment to start the swing.
