40/20 Home Workout

 

 

Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00 minutes.  Complete the exercises listed below in a circuit. Perform 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.

For single arm and single leg exercises, switch sides every 5 reps.

 

 

Spiderman Pushups

Goblet Split Squats

Single Arm Bent Over Row

Kick Throughs

Hand to Hand Swings
