Technique Tip: Core Walkouts
Here is a simple, yet effective core exercise that you can complete anywhere.
Start in a pushup position
Your hands should be underneath your shoulders
Your entire body should be in a straight line (from your ankles all the way up to your head)
Keep your core tight and walk your hands out as far as you can overhead
Try to keep your hips as stable and still as possible
When you have walked your hands out as far as you can, pause for a full second (to increase intensity, pause for a longer period of time)
Keeping your core as tight as possible, walk your hands back underneath your shoulders until you are back to the starting position
