PF Kitchen: Rainbow Salsa
Ingredients:
2 apples, chopped
1 kiwi, chopped
2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 mango, chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
drizzle of raw honey
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so flavors can meld.
Have with your favorite chips, put on your cooked protein or add to salad.
