You only need a single kettlebell for this workout. Grab a kettlebell and get after it!!
-SA Ketllebell Swings – 4
-SA Kettlebell Cleans – 6
-Single Arm Kettlebell Overhead Press – 8
-Single Arm Kettlebell Squats – 10
-Single Arm Kettelbell Rows – 12
-Rest, then switch arms
-Complete 3-4 rounds on each side
