Get a nice sweat going with this quick 20 minute workout before you go jump in the pool!
Perform 15 reps on each exercise. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Pushups
Burpees
Skaters
Reverse Lunges
Mountain Climbers
Coaches Corner:
-Pushups, Burpees, and Mountain Climbers too hard? Use an elevated surface to make them a little “easier”
-Can’t do the jumping exercises? Take the jump out of the movement and/or decrease the range of motion
-If you do this workout outside, make sure to stay hydrated
-Have fun. Go swimming.
