PF Kitchen: Cashew Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp chia seeds
1T unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2T chocolate chips
1 oz unsweetened dried bing cherries
Directions:
Mix all together and form into 24 small bites.
Try not to eat all of them in one sitting!
