For this week’s Weekend Warrior, all you need is a timer and two dumbbells of equal weight. Perform 5-6 rounds. Complete 60 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest in between each exercise. Rest up to 1 minute between rounds. For single-sided exercises, perform 5 reps on one side and then alternate (and repeat) for the remainder of the minute.
