Dumbbell Weekend Warrior Workout

 

 

 

 

 

3 x 10 Dumbbell Workout

 

Grab a pair of dumbbells and complete each pair of exercises for 10 reps on each exercise, for 3 rounds before moving on to the next pair of exercises.

 

1A – Goblet Squat

1B – Squat Jumps

 

2A – Floor Press

2B – Pushups

 

3A – BO Row (Ea arm)

3B – Burpees

 

For your finisher, perform mountain climbers 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds.
