PF Kitchen: Cashew Butter Protein Bites





  • 3/4 cup cashew butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1T unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2T chocolate chips

  • 1 oz unsweetened dried bing cherries



  1. Mix all together and form into 24 small bites.

  2. Try not to eat all of them in one sitting!



Makes 24 servings (per ball): Calories 66, protein 2g, carbs 7g, fat 4g
