Feel the BURN with this Leg Matrix!

 

Make sure to do this at the end of your workout!  (That’s why it’s called a FINISHER!)

 

Squats – 10

Reverse Lunges – 10 each

Squat Jumps – 10

Jump Lunges – 10 each

 

Complete 2-3 Rounds

 

 

Coaches Corner:

-ALWAYS listen to your body

-Avoid the jumping exercises if you have any knee or back pain

-If you can’t finish the entire leg matrix, no worries, now you have a goal for your next workout

-If you form starts to break down, feel free to add in some longer rest periods
