PF Kitchen: Protein Power Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop dotFit Vanilla Crème Whey Smooth Protein Powder
  • Fresh or Frozen fruit of your choice

Directions:

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and protein powder in bowl
  2. Stir until well combined and smooth
  3. Add your choice of fresh or frozen fruit

Optional ingredients/substitutions:

  • dotFit Chocolate Crème Whey Smooth Protein Powder
  • PB Fit
