Weekend Warrior Workout – August 5, 2016

 

 

 

 

Only have 30 minutes to workout this weekend?  No problem!

 

 

Grab a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and tackle this Weekend Warrior Workout!

 

 

Start at 8 repetitions and subtract 1 repetition every round until you get to 0.  Take minimal rest between exercises.  Rest 1 minute at the end of every round.

 

Double Front Squat – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Double Bent Over Row – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Rev. Lunge – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 – Each Leg

Slow Mountain Climber Pushup – 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
