1 minute per exercise
 
Rest up to 1 minute between exercises (try to make the rest as short as possible!)

Level 3 – 3 Rounds

Squats
Pushups
Bicycle Crunches
Lunges
Mtn. Climbers
Skaters
Run in place
Burpees
