Weekend Warrior Workout – February, 4, 2017

 

 

Need a workout to do at home this weekend before watching the Super Bowl?  No problem.  We’ve got you covered!!  Try out this bodyweight weekend warrior workout.

 

 

 

Level 1

Edwardsville and Glen Carbon Personal Trainer Workout

 

1 Round

1 minute per exercise

 

Rest up to 1 minute between exercises (try to make the rest as short as possible!)

 

Level 2 – 2 Rounds

Level 3 – 3 Rounds

 

Jumping Jacks

Squats

Pushups

Bicycle Crunches

Lunges

Mtn. Climbers

Skaters

Run in place

Burpees

Plank
